My Flare Diary
(or how I welded flares on my 914)
Last up-date; August 1, 2008
To start off;
I'm not a professional body man. This is a "diary" and not a "how-to". It's just how I decided to do it.
There will be some photos here that I "borrowed" from other sites. I didn't ask permission, so if they are your photos and you have a problem with it, please contact me. I will post where I got the photo from.
There is going to be a long time lag between making a lot of progress on the rear flares due to my having to address rust issues before welding them on. I don't want to weld them on and then remove them to fix underlying rusted areas.
